UPSC क्या है?(What is UPSC)

UPSC Full Form - Union Public Service Commission है जिसे हिंदी में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग कहते है| यूपीएससी का गठन सबसे पहले अंग्रेजों के काल में PSC के रूप में 1 अक्टूबर 1926 को हुआ था जिसका पूरा नाम PSC Full Form - Public Service Commission है जिसे हिंदी में लोक सेवा आयोग कहते है| आजादी के बाद PSC को UPSC के रूप में 26 अक्टूबर 1950 को पुनर्गठित किया गया| UPSC पूरे देश में level- A और Level - B के लिए सिविल सेवा परीक्षाएं और अन्य परीक्षाएं भी करवाता है| इसका मुख्यालय ने दिल्ली में है|

UPSC पात्रता (UPSC Eligibility Criteria)

  • यूपीएससी के लिए आयु सीमा 21 वर्ष से 32 वर्ष तक होनी चाहिए|
  • यूपीएससी के लिए किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से ग्रेजुएशन होना अनिवार्य है|

Paper-II General Studies-I(Indian Heritage and Culture, History and Geography of the World and the Society)
  • Indian Culture Will Cover the Salient Aspects of Arts Forms, Literature and Architecture From Ancient to Modern Times.
  • Modern History From about The Middle of the Eighteenth Century until the Present - Significant Events, Personalities Issues.
  • The Freedom Struggle - its various stages and important contributors/contributors are differents parts of the country.
  • Post independence consolidation and reorganisation within the country.
  • History of the world will include events from the 18th century such as industrial revolution, world war, redrawal of national boundaries, colonisation,decolonization, political philosophies(communism, capitalism and socialism etc.) - their forms and effects on the society.
